Together with rescuetrack, a completely new treatment capacity record was developed. An overview installed in the control centre visualizes free capacities, bottlenecks and patient flows. This makes it possible for the control center and ambulance service to quickly find and book the appropriate target clinic based on selected parameters (e.g. suspected diagnosis, required resources).
