Together with you, we ensure an optimal introduction phase and bring you quickly into live operation. medDV offers you comprehensive, professional and, above all, individual project management.
Training
Our aim with the systems of medDV is to save you time. Our solutions are intuitive to use. Nevertheless, we attach great importance to professionally instructing end users in the use of our products. Because for rescue services every second counts. Training concepts are planned and developed together with the customer and their individual requirements.
Our training courses are conducted by experienced rescue service personnel who have themselves worked with our systems in the rescue services for many years. They know what is important in the field and give you the best possible instruction. Users who use our systems for evaluations and analyses, as well as administrators, receive a customised introduction to the new solutions from our training specialists.
Factory/repair
Every piece of hardware reaches its limits, especially in rescue operations, and needs to be repaired. At the same time, we know that our customers are very dependent on smoothly functioning equipment and systems in everyday rescue operations.
All repairs are carried out in our in-house factory. Our qualified workshop team always ensures that a system is processed and back on its way to the customer as quickly as possible. This means that a rapid replacement of every component is guaranteed. In addition, we also provide replacement equipment in case of emergency and minimise equipment repair times.
Car extension
We offer our customers a special service with medDV vehicle removal. With our service vehicles, we drive directly to the corresponding police stations and take care of the installation of active and passive mounts for the NIDApad as well as printers.
For our customers, we can also make arrangements in advance with the body manufacturers as to which electrics and mechanics are required for this. So you don’t have to worry about a trip to the workshop, nor do you have to worry about the mount holding according to DIN EN 1789.
