Medical technology
Seamlessly integrate devices into the operational documentation
With this NIDAmobile module, medical technology data can be seamlessly and easily transferred to the mobile deployment documentation. Settings as well as events and measured values (e.g. vital parameters, alarms and resting ECGs) are automatically and precisely recorded. This ensures consistent and accurate documentation of all medically relevant information during an operation.
This allows the crew to concentrate fully on their patients, while NIDA takes over the relevant data from the medical technology. This reduces the administrative burden and minimizes the risk of human error. At the same time, the solution continuously checks whether this data is complete, even if a connection is lost during data transfer. This robust functionality ensures that no important information is lost and that the quality of patient care remains at the highest level.
In addition, the NIDAmobile module enables seamless integration into existing IT infrastructures and facilitates collaboration between different medical specialties. This not only improves the efficiency of the rescue service, but also contributes to the optimization of the entire medical rescue chain. Thanks to reliable and seamless documentation, follow-up work and analyses can be carried out more precisely, leading to improved patient safety and care in the long term.
Numerous medical technology products can be connected via NIDA. These include, for example:
- corpuls 8/16 from GS Elektromedizinische Geräte G. Stemple
- corpuls 3 from GS Elektromedizinische Geräte G. Stemple

Deployment accounting
NIDA provides the connection
Most billing systems work with so-called “master data”. This includes, for example, cost units, vehicle call names, personnel, tariff, and location lists. With NIDA, this master data can be made available and maintained on a mobile basis. In addition, data from the electronic health card (eGK) can be read in. This significantly simplifies subsequent deployment accounting.
In contrast to paper, digital pens or other data entry systems, NIDA is able to check the completeness of the data at the point of use while it is still being entered and indicate errors. In combination with the master data from the invoicing system, input is simplified in this way and post-processing is reduced. Data can then be transferred to the billing system in a variety of ways, depending on which software solution an organisation uses for this purpose.
NIDA offers connection to various solutions for billing and invoicing, including INTER-BOS, ISE, Swissphone and EMC.
NIDAmodule Action
Thanks to NIDA’s high level of adaptability and configurability, a wide range of mobile applications can be created to optimize processes in mobile deployment documentation. This means that emergency services receive the crucial information exactly when they need it.
