The software for mobile data collection in rescue services

NIDAmobile is the software that runs on the NIDApad. With NIDAmobile, rescue services no longer need to fill out time-consuming digital emergency protocols or rescue service protocols.

Patient data, diagnoses and measures are recorded digitally in NIDAmobile simply, intuitively and quickly. All entries can be made with the fingers. The structure of the software is simple and clear. Customized protocols such as patient transport protocols, emergency protocols and ITW protocols are available in NIDAmobile. With this digital mobile data collection in the emergency services and mobile deployment documentation, the emergency services can fulfill their logging obligations quickly and comprehensively without paper.

Modern tile views, swipe gestures and the option to use different skins for eye-friendly working make the tablet much easier to use. In addition, NIDAmobile enables digital clinic pre-registration, which ensures a seamless and efficient transfer of patient data to the clinic. This not only improves communication between the emergency services and the hospital, but also ensures optimized preparation and faster patient care.

In the event of a mass casualty incident (MANV), the ambulance service can quickly reach the limits of its capabilities. NIDA supports the emergency services on site with a special mobile documentation system. In a MANV, complete digital documentation is not possible in the first step. To simplify this phase of the operation, NIDAmanv offers rapid recording at the level of casualty tags and established sighting algorithms.

Medical technology

With this NIDAmobile module, medical technology data can be seamlessly and easily transferred to the digital deployment documentation. Settings as well as events and measured values (e.g. vital parameters, alarms and resting ECGs) are transferred.

The crew can concentrate on their patients while NIDA transfers the relevant data from the medical technology. At the same time, the solution checks whether this data is complete, even if there have been disconnections.

Deployment accounting

Most billing systems work with so-called “master data”. This includes, for example, cost units, vehicle call names, personnel, tariff and location lists. With NIDA, this master data can be made available and maintained on a mobile basis. Data from the electronic health card (eGK) can also be read in. This significantly simplifies subsequent deployment accounting.

In contrast to paper, digital pens or other recording systems, NIDA is able to check the completeness of the data at the point of use while it is being entered and to display errors. In combination with the master data from the invoicing system, this simplifies data entry and reduces post-processing. Data can then be transferred to the invoicing system in different ways, depending on which software solution is used by an organization.

Tele-emergency doctor

The tele-emergency doctor is integrated as a module in NIDAmobile and can be alerted directly at any time. With the TNA, it is possible to remotely call in an emergency physician to a rescue mission via live streaming to save valuable time. Previous data from NIDAmobile, such as insurance cards, can easily be transferred to the tele-emergency doctor, allowing the emergency physician to get an idea of the overall situation without having to be on site, and help where necessary. Smooth data transfer, such as voice and video transmission, instructions, a live ECG and the transfer of further data from medical technology ensure a reliable exchange.
