• Receive and independently process customer enquiries via our ticket system as well as by phone
• Reconstruct and analyse errors reported by customers
• Identify problems in the interaction of complex systems and solve them in a target-oriented manner
• Carry out updates and installations (mobile devices, servers, clients)
• Perform work and research in MySQL databases
• New installations and reinstallations of mobile devices

 Skills

• Experience in dealing with customers, preferably customer service experience
• Distinct service-oriented appearance
• Specialised degree and/or profound knowledge in the field of IT
• Experience in emergency services/health care desirable
• Very good written and spoken German

• Upgrade of modules in small series
• Analysis and repair of our docking stations (board-level repair)
• Practical repair of fine electronics, replacement of components and, depending on qualifications, repair at board level
• Supporting electronics technicians with mechanical and electronic repairs
• Use of ticket software
• Quality monitoring

Skills

• Ideally, you have completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician for devices and systems
• A high sense of quality and responsibility, commitment, flexibility and precision

• Manual dexterity, strong fine motor skills, good eyesight
• Technical understanding and quick comprehension
